Amin Al Arrayed
General Manager
Amin Al Arrayed leads the First Bahrain team. He is responsible for the strategic objectives of First Bahrain, its operational performance and its reputation and standing within the industry. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, he controls the development, performance and profitability of the company, its strategic direction and ensuring the business maintains and develops its key business partnerships.
Amin has over 12 years of extensive, in-depth knowledge in banking and finance and has held various senior management positions, including Head of Retail and Placement at Reef Real Estate Finance Company in Bahrain and Regional Head of Retail Banking at BBK (www.bbkonline.com).
Amin holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with Distinction from the Kellstadt Graduate School of Business at DePaul University, Chicago, USA (kellstadt.depaul.edu). His Bachelor’s Degree in Economics is from the University of Redlands, California, USA (www.redlands.edu).
Amin enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.
